Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.valorcreations.dev (the "Site"), operated by Valor Loves Growth ("we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Work we do for you as a client is governed by a separate written proposal or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:

• Break any law or infringe anyone's rights while using the Site
• Submit false information, someone else's contact details, or content you do not have the right to share
• Send spam, automated submissions, malware, or anything that disrupts or overloads the Site
• Probe, scan, or try to get around the Site's security, rate limits, or access controls
• Scrape or copy the Site's content in bulk, or use it to train or build a competing product

We may block access or ignore submissions that break these rules.

What you send us

Our content

The Site's text, design, graphics, logos, illustrations, and code belong to Valor Loves Growth or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, republish, or sell its content without our written permission.

Client names, logos, and work samples shown on the Site belong to their owners and are displayed with permission.

Results and information disclaimer

Case studies, rankings, and results on the Site describe what happened for specific clients at a specific time. They are not a promise that you will get the same outcome. Search rankings, ad performance, and sales depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, budget, and your business.

Articles and guides on the Site are general information, not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice for your situation. Prices or offers mentioned on the Site are estimates until confirmed in a written proposal.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to other websites and uses third-party services to operate. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Valor Loves Growth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Valor Loves Growth harmless from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any claim that is not resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sedgwick County, Kansas, and both parties consent to that venue. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

Changes and termination

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the date at the top shows the latest version. We may suspend or end access to the Site for anyone who breaks these Terms. The sections on our content, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

General terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours as part of a business transfer.
