Who we are

Valor Loves Growth is a marketing agency based in Wichita, Kansas. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through www.valorcreations.dev (the "Site"). It does not cover websites we build for clients, which have their own policies.

Information we collect

Information you give us when you fill out a form, book a call, call, text, or email us:

• Name, business name, and business type
• Phone number and email address
• Your preferred date and time for a call
• Answers about your marketing goals, timeline, budget range, and decision-making role
• Anything you choose to type into a notes or message field
• How you heard about us

Information collected automatically when you use the Site:

• Technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request, which our host keeps in short-lived security and server logs
• If you allow analytics, anonymous page view statistics from Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or build a profile of you
• Campaign details in the link you followed, such as UTM parameters, when they are present on our lead forms

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or precise geolocation. Please do not send it to us.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule or confirm calls
• To follow up by call, text, or email about the request you made
• To prepare proposals and provide services you ask for
• To understand which pages and campaigns help visitors, when you allow analytics
• To protect the Site from spam, abuse, and security threats

We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site and respond to you, under terms that limit how they can use it:

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number on a form, you agree we may contact you by call or text about your request, including by automated text. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop calling at any time. We do not sell or share phone numbers or text opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

How long we keep it

• Inquiries and booking requests that do not become clients: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted
• Client records: for the length of the relationship plus the period needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes
• Server and security logs: kept by our host for a short period, generally days to weeks
• Your cookie choice: 180 days, then we ask again

We delete information sooner when you ask us to, unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you
• Give you a copy of it
• Correct anything that is inaccurate
• Delete it
• Stop contacting you by phone, text, or email

Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We do not do any of those, but you are welcome to ask us to confirm.

How we protect it

The Site is served only over HTTPS, uses strict security headers, validates and rate-limits form submissions on the server, and never exposes service credentials in the browser. We do not collect or store payment card numbers on the Site. Access to submitted information is limited to people who need it to respond to you.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Children

The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will ask for your cookie choice again or give notice on the Site before it takes effect.
